Holiday Time!

Though the first day of winter is nearly a month away, this crazy weather sure makes you think it is already here. Maybe it's the snow that has many of our customers jumping right into Christmas.

I love Christmas, it's my favorite time of year. People seem to be more generous and kinder to each other, which is how we should be all year. Then of course there are the Holiday events and parties!

Many know we have Santa Claus costumes to purchase and rent, but did you know we have other Holiday rentals? Grand Opening Celebration!

With most everything moved to the new store we are ready to have a party! Unleash your inner "Party animal" and come join us for the Grand Opening of our new store on August 21st for an all day celebration!

The store has been bustling with excitement as "party animals" roam the aisles of freshly painted shelves, packed full of inventory! Customers have been making great suggestions on additional products they’d like us to carry, which is fantastic! If we don't have it, make a suggestion, we love hearing from you. We are here to serve you and make this your store! New greeting cards from Leanin' Tree arrive Tuesday and fun new 40” Megaloon number balloons are here!

We hope you have been in to take in some of the positive energy and magic of the new store! Even if you are not currently needing balloons, party supplies or a costume that's ok, just stop in to say "Hi"!

We Made it!

Well, it has been a week since we opened our doors here in Normandy Park; what an adventure! We're here and lovin’ it! The community has been so warm & welcoming and appreciates having a party store in the area.

Still a few boxes to unpack, but can you blame us? The new space is amazing, though it’s a tad smaller than our former home. If you haven't been in to check out the new shop, get here! New product is arriving weekly with fun greeting cards, party supplies and interesting items. The fresh paint, nice retail shopping location and "new store feel", gave the store a "magic" it needed. None the less, we made it, and have enjoyed every minute of it. We're looking forward to what the future has in store for us at our new home.

The Renton location will be open on Sept. 15th-October 31st for a huge sale, so keep on the look out for great deals and sale details!

Moving Date Change

As you all know by now we're moving! Things are bitter-sweet around here; we're sad to leave our home of 30 years, but excited to see what new things are in store for us! We have experienced a one week delay in our move, so now the shop in Renton will be open until July 10th and then we will be closed the 11th through the 13th as we will be packin' up all the treasures and moving to our new location. We'll re-open Wednesday the 14th, so make sure you get directions so you can come out check out our new digs! Be warned "party animals" will be roaming the store in a crazed and excited daze!

Its official! It’s finally here! The day has come for us to leave our wonderful faithful warehouse home and move into a new and beautiful retail facility in Normandy Park! We're all so excited and hope you are too!

"Party animals" are being unleashed everywhere and can't be tamed. We'll be open for business on Tuesday, July 6th, ready and rearing to go with fun new party supplies and decor. Make sure to stop by and be apart of all the excitement. Our current store will be closed July 3-5th for the move. We will keep you posted on our Super Huge Blowout Costume sale coming up in the fall.

Happy Father's Day

Father's Day is just about here, so fire up the grill, crack open a cold one and celebrate dads! Balloons are always festive and we have all the necessary tableware for your barbecue.

Good News is Fun!

Don’t you just love hearing good news? I know I do. It’s fun to hear what fun things others have going on, you get excited too! Whether someone is expecting a baby, or just got engaged; or even little things like, getting a new puppy or winning a couple bucks on the lottery, it all makes me happy.

Often enough, a surprise of sorts is accompanied with good news. Surprises are the best! One thing for sure, I’ve got some good news coming up for A Perfect Party. Celebrate the Class of 2010!

The day where students move their tassels from the right to left and when the next chapter in their lives begins, will be here in just a few short weeks. Although this is just another step in their path of life, it’s an important time to celebrate their accomplishments! Make sure they know how very proud you are of them! Throwing them a fun graduation party for family and friends is a great way to show you care. We have supplies to deck out the home front in grad-themed table ware, signs and streamers! Congratulations class of 2010, you made it!

Happy Mother's Day!

Mothers Day originated in Greece centuries ago as a day to celebrate the mother of the gods, it wasn’t celebrated in the United States, however, until the time of the Civil War. So if you’re in the mood to celebrate the day as it were hundreds of years ago we have a selection of togas, but if those aren’t your thing, we also have Civil War uniforms to make your day a little more than ordinary!

Balloons are a great way to show your appreciation and affection. We have a large variety of cool balloons to make your Mom's Day special! So this Mothers Day, show up to your mom's house, hand her a bouquet of balloons and share a little bit of history with her, and most importantly tell her how much you love her!

Cinco De Mayo!

Next week it will be time for Cinco de Mayo. While it's a fun time to party and drink some tequila and beer, very few people know the reason for the celebration. Here's a bit of the history, Cinco de Mayo is not Mexican Independence Day, and it’s not an American drinking holiday, it is a day however to be remembered. On the morning of May 5th, 1862, four thousand Mexican troops defeated eight thousand French and traitor Mexican troops who intended to overthrow the newly organized government and essentially work their way up the United States. Though weak and small in number the loyal Mexicans held ground and ended up winning the battle. That’s why it’s such a party! A party to celebrate liberty and freedom, the two ideals which Mexicans and Americans have fought side by side to protect ever since 1862.

Our store has all sorts of things to help you celebrate this great day! From the typical sombrero and maracas to foil balloons in cool designs like a chili pepper and cactus! We even have full costumes if you really want to spice up your day. Streamers, garland, decorations, flags, and piñatas are a must at any Cinco de Mayo party, so make sure you stock up on lots! For those bosses who can’t live without their assistants, the perfect opportunity is coming up for you to show them how much you appreciate them. Administrative Professionals day is Wednesday, April 21st, and you can show that appreciation with bright and cheery balloons. Tee Time

I know what you’re thinking; and no I’m not talking about petit-fours, cloth napkins and a porcelain cup of Earl Grey, I’m referring to Tee Time on the green. In other words, putting a small white ball on a tee somewhere on a golf course. For those of you non-golfers you might still be lost, but those of you who have enjoyed a nice game of cow pasture pool know exactly what I’m talking about.

Signs of spring are everywhere; trees are showing shades of green, and flowers are beginning to bloom. With Easter right around the corner it will soon be time for egg dying and visits from the Easter Bunny.
